Our customers must communicate with us before returning any goods. We will promptly authorize all justified returns after an RMA has been filled out. After arrangements have been made for the return, the material should be properly identified with sender’s name and address, carefully packed and reference made to the customer’s order number or to our packing slip.
Damage & Shortages Extreme care is used in filling and packing your orders. All items are checked, rechecked and packed by experienced personnel. Should discrepancies occur, a report, referring to our packing slip number, should be made immediately for prompt adjustment. All damage should be photographed and noted on drivers delivery receipt at time of delivery. (Claims will not be process without this documentation) It should be reported immediately to and inspected by the carrier. We will lend all assistance in helping to process your claim. UPS/FedEX, etc. Damage: All packing materials should be kept until inspected by a UPS/FedEX/DHL representative.
